The "Zanvettor" Stand, built behind the stadium's main gate, is a new structure in the minimalist style. It is protected as a historic monument. The monumental entrance has been carefully integrated into a fair-faced concrete plinth, topped with a roof made of steel lattice girders. The space beneath the stand houses all facilities related to Serie B matches, including upgraded team changing rooms, a press conference room, and press workrooms with views of the pitch. The historic entrance provides access to the fan shop and cafeteria, which remain operational even when there are no matches. The administrative offices required for the effective management of the stadium are located on the upper floor.
